Initials can be a single initial, the first and last, or first, middle and last initial of a person's name - in that order. The number of initials that can be placed on an item is detailed in each product's description. A monogram, however, is always three initials of the person's name, with the last name initial appearing centered in a larger font. We ask, however, that when entering a monogram, you always list the initials in the exact order they should appear. If you want the initial for the last name in the center, enter the letters accordingly. E.g., John Michael Smith would be JSM.
