[POLL] M1 Outage’s #Compensation: Are You Satisfied?: M1 outage on 18th May quickly became…

M1 outage on 18th May quickly became the talk of the town lately. The outage as reported on Straits Times lasted for more than 9 hours for some users and many promptly went on a ranting spree on social networks like Facebook and Twitter. So unfortunately, I was the only one affected by the glitch(there were 2 other M1 subscribers in GDS office) and it created quite a bit of inconvenience to our work when my team members tried to contact me that very morning. From then on I was under the impression my phone has gone bonkers and was planning to purchase a new one, well that is until I did a Google on M1 news found out the glitch being reported on xinmsn . What really puzzled me was why didn’t M1 put up a notice on their website or even a simple email to subscribers to notify them about the glitch? I didn’t pursue the matter with M1 knowing there will be thousands knocking on...
