DIY Skincare: Avocado Tea Mask

Cut it in half, try not to cut yourself! Remove the seed. Plant it in the ground if you want an avocado tree, haha! ;) You'll only need half of an avocado for the mask, the rest you can eat! Avocado is super yummy in a salad! Avocado has high amounts of vitamin B12 and fatty acids. This will replenish and repair your skin, leaving it feeling soft and supple. It's excellent for moisturizing and nourishing any kind of dry, mature or dehydrated skin. It also contains mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, including Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, D, and E….so basically, it's good for you... Take a mixing bowl, add in your avocado and two tablespoons of powdered green tea.
