“What does success mean to you?” “How do you see yourself in 10 years?” “What is your recipe to success?” Gosh I hate these kinds of questions. They’re so hard! I mean, you really don’t go around thinking about all these. If you are, then you’re probably not working hard enough! Haha. But anyway, I answered a set of interview questions via email recently and I thought this was something worth sharing because it really did come from the heart. When things go wrong, or things are not going the way I plan, or whenever I feel scared, I always think of this and every challenge seems small.
