Block 10, Dakota Crescent, Mountbatten East. FUN Factor? 8/10. Pretty large mosaic playground designed after a dove. There's sand-play, 3 tyre swings, a tall fireman's pole and a metal bridge connecting the two main structures. Remember to bring waxed papers along as the slides aren't very slippery! Suitable for kids of all ages. One of the Singapore Heritage Playgrounds . As the flats in Dakota Crescent will be demolished next year for new developments, this playground will not likely survive so hurry on down before it disappears too! Play is important for children to her to learn, grow and discover the world we live in. As we visit as many fun, nostalgic and even quirky playgrounds as we can this year, I hope to inspire you to make play an even bigger part of your kids' lives and explore much more of our beautiful Singapore!
