Of course there is no one answer and a ton of room for improvement – we are ever evolving creatures after all. But listening to my body and being conscious of my mental health has always helped. Health is much more complicated than a diet or exercise regimen. Our body is made up of a collection of systems that all work together so it’s no wonder that you need to keep each part in check in order to maintain the whole. No matter how nutritious your diet is or how often you hit the gym, if you’re not paying attention to those other factors like sleeping right, dealing with stress or where those little aches and pains may be coming from, it will be tough to ...
