Last year, I decided my New Year resolution was to finish my old ones before I came up with new resolutions. So finally earlier this year, with the wedding looming in back then and my father-in-law that was a non-smoker, was suddenly diagnosed with throat cancer, I’ve decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle. I exercised and took up yoga, but most importantly, I switched up to a cleaner diet and went on to lose 17kg in 9 months! Ever since then, I’ve been trying to come up with new innovative ideas to incorporate in my balanced and healthier daily meals and yogurt has always been my favourite.
