Miracles can happen after joining pole competitions. I automatically become stronger and all of a sudden able to carry out my nemesis tricks! Here’s a first, the mother of all pole dancing tricks; The Handspring . Actually, the mother of all pole dancing tricks should be the Iron-X (human flag). This is a good start. A progression of this handspring (from the floor) via twisty grip would be, using a cup grip or a deadlift off the ground (without kicking) and an aerial handspring (off the ground – in the air from the pole). Of course ultimately, to be able to do this at the end of a routine without panting. At the end of the day, it’s not about being able to perform individual pole dancing tricks.
