Note though, that this might work to your disadvantage as pencil eyeliners usually require touch ups throughout the day. Our face usually produces moisture or oil as the day goes by so there’s a tendency for the eyeliner to transfer to other parts of your eye (even the undereye!). Hence, be sure to finish your eye make up by dusting some powder on your undereye so you don’t turn into a panda by the end of the day!
