Noted with Style - Collection #322 August 30th, 2012 Now that it's the seventh month (cue eerie music), all the superstitions surface again. From relatively sensible pieces of advice like not stepping on the paper money that all the Chinese are frantically burning to relatively out-there warnings like not turning around if and when you hear your name being called from behind you in the dead of night. Personally, that name-caller is none other than Imagination, the human mind's best friend, always present and poised to make life slightly less boring and all the more exciting to make up for the monotony of the compulsory routines that make up daily life. In any case, whether we are Christian, Catholic, Buddhist, Muslim or even atheist, it definitely would not hurt to respect at least some of the advice going around. Apparently, the gates of hell open today, so we're supposed...
