More than a Gyoza
For a restaurant named “Gyoza-Ya”, it comes as little surprise that its namesake dish is burst-in-your-mouth sublime – but make no mistake; the quaint little space at Robinsons Orchard has a few dishes up its sleeve that, too, pack a pretty powerful punch. Hidden away at the basement of Robinsons Orchard, Gyoza-Ya evokes a simple yet traditional feel with its tiled walls, which resemble traditional Japanese rooftops of old; wooden signboards, inked with Japanese calligraphy; and an open-kitchen concept, where you can watch the chefs at work behind glass panels. A quick run-through of the one-sheet menu is all you need to decide on what to have for your meal.
