Our ideas are divided into two segments, less ideal world with long & short term solutions as well as having an ideal world of zero crime rates. We do understand that it's impossible to achieve zero crime rates however, we can lower crime rates. The less ideal way we came up with some suggestions such as Rukun Tetangga, I know some community area do practice it however, it's not in every garden/housing area hence we came up with some suggestion and improvement for this such as going back to the olden days where each village have their very own village leader. Hence, everyone in that community will know each other so when a new stranger came into the community it could be easily detected - which brings up higher moral and are able to identify the culprit by lowering snatching & burglary.
