Dumbbell Halo Chop Lunges

Move of the day: DB Halo Chop Lunges Start with a 3kg dumbbell (DB) and do 6 reps (forward lunge + reverse lunge count as 1 rep). Repeat with other leg. Rest 30 seconds. Do at least 3 sets. Works: Shoulders, quads and obliques. *Optional: Use a lightsaber instead of a dumbbell .
