Okay, enough on Barcelona.. this is the final post on it. And it’s a bunch of random shots on my iPhone throughout the trip. Many people have asked me if it was a good trip. I would say yes. I haven’t been in Europe in a while and it was fun being in a city so rich in history again. The architecture was gorgeous. The history was fascinating. People were friendly enough.. although some Spanish people were not too amused that I didn’t seem to know any Spanish words beyond Hola! and Gracias . Haha.. It was way too hot in August, so I would definitely recommend going there in any month other than dreadfully, chokingly hot August. And it’s definitely a city for a romantic getaway with your partner. From top left - A self-portrait with the spectacular Sagrada Familia.
