Karen October 18th, 2010 - 02:04 Hi Babe! I love your health and fitness tips! And I adore your gorgeous body and face! You’ve been inspiring and now, I want to embark on a weight loss programme too. However, I’ve been a regular jogger for quite some time and I have developed these really bulky muscles at my thighs and calves. Surprisingly, you do not seem to have that problem! How do you do that? Also, would you recommend me to lose some weight first before working out lest I bulk up and look even bigger than before? Also, I noticed that if I do arm training with weight, they would look nice and firm for two days max, and after that it would just look flabby and HUGE! I hate that! What can I do?
