1) Chop up your french beans and carrots into tiny cubes about the same size. So that not only they cook faster but it will be an equal texture with the rice. 2) Chop up onion and mince the garlic. Wash the mushrooms and just break it down into small pieces with your hands. 3) In a frying pan, heat up your oil. Fry your french beans and carrots for about 2 minutes. Add in your mushroom and season it with salt and pepper. Let the mushrooms cook down in its own juices. 4) Once the water from the mushrooms are cooked down, add in the onion and garlic. Let it simmer on medium-low heat until onions are translucent. 5) Add in your rice to the pan. At this point if your rice is straight out from the fridge and in lumps, try to break it down.
