[Daily Blog Reads] Chinatown in Singapore.

About 1/4 of my readers are not from Singapore and many tell me they’ve never been to Singapore. Well, I’m embarrassed.. there are so many places in Singapore that I have never been to too! So lately when I am in Singapore, I would make an effort to see a bit more of my own country. My family made a trip to Chinatown for dim sum one Sunday afternoon. And we decided to take a walk. I haven’t taken a walk in Chinatown in years. I used to come here only during the Chinese New Year period. During that period, Chinatown would be packed with goodies and people every night and it was always fun to be part of the crazy crowd. Outside this period, it’s just another regular day in Chinatown and the streets are lined with touristy stalls and stores. It’s so touristy that I found it amusing. I &hearts SG t-shirts.
