There are a lot of mornings when I wake up and feel frozen, overwhelmed by everything that needs to be accomplished. Lists of must-do and should-do and like-to-do and what-they’re-doing run through my head and I have no idea where to start. What are my priorities? What actually needs to be accomplished today? I’ve been known to panic and binge watch the latest Fuller House season instead of starting just one thing. When we allow our lists to stay stuck in our heads, we have no concept of what truly needs to be done, how much time it will take, or where we need to start. By spending a few minutes, either at the end of your day or first thing the next morning, capturing all of those thoughts on paper, we can get a better sense of what our day, our week, and our month looks like.
