Ans: OdorPurge is use to eliminate smell in feet and it is not meant to cure foot rot. Foot Rot is generally caused by fungal infections. It’s important to keep foot clean, exposed and dry. If the condition is serious, pls consult a skin specialist. However, we do have customers who suffer foot rot but are using OdorPurge to eliminate foot smell. It works for them.

Qns: Can I use OdorPurge if I have sensitive skin? Also, if I have a cut at bottom of my foot, is OdorPurge safe for use?

Ans: If there's a cut at your feet, pls apply medication for your cut and cover it with a plaster. After sprinkle a little OdorPurge evenly into your shoe, wear a socks to avoid direct contact as the skin area may feel uncomfortable.

For Sensitive Skin, you may want to wear socks as a precaution and to increase the comfort level. Do remember, OdorPurge works well just by sprinkling it into shoes without directly applying to feet.

Kindly note that OdorPurge does not contain irritant chemicals. However, should rashes or skin inflammation arise, pls stop using and consult your doctor.

Qns: Usually 1 bottle can last for how long?

Ans: If sprinkle once daily, a bottle can last about 1 month.

Qns: Can sprinkle directly on feet or inside socks? What if we don't wear the shoes everyday? Can still sprinkle the powder?

Ans: There are bacteria on the feet that are known to cause foot odor. Feet perspire naturally and produce fatty acids. In the warm damp atmosphere of the footwear, the bacteria feed off the fatty acids, multiply and give off the bad odor. The bacteria get into the footwear making the footwear smell. If you leave your footwear to dry for a few days the smell tends to go away. But when you put on the footwear, the warmth returns and so does the smell. So when you are not wearing shoes, there isn’t a need to sprinkle OdorPurge.

OdorPurge works by eliminating the bacteria that cause the smell. Sprinkle to the shoes worn daily, whether or not they are the same shoes you wear each day. The results are the same because OdorPurge works to eliminate the bacteria using the shoes as a medium. Continue to apply the powder each day for 14 days if not, until the powder is used up. It is important not to interrupt the 14 day (approx) programme, as this can dilute the effectiveness of the remedy.

Once the powder is used up, your feet and also the shoes you have worn during the treatment period will remain odor free for up to six months. If the smell come back, start the 14 days treatment again.

Just sprinkle the powder as evenly as possible throughout the shoes.

Qns: I have started using OdorPurge, its helps to eliminate smell but why does it feel sticky and wet?

Ans: The body temp in your feet will melt the powder and the active ingredients in the powder will helps to kill bacteria and keep the feet odor-free. However with too much OdorPurge sprinkled into your shoe or if one has severe sweaty feet, the feet might feel a bit wet and this is perfectly normal.

However, as the powder takes its effect, you may continue to use by sprinkle slightly lesser and that will result in your feet being less sticky, sweaty and smelly as the days go on.

Alternatively, put on a sock or stocking to increase the comfort level.
